I completed a very long application and was given a drug test. Managers gave me a packet of 50 or more pages, and told me to read it. Then, they told me to sign up for available security jobs online.

Online application process, submitted pre-recorded answers to video prompts about 15 different questions, and took a personality and skill assessment exam. Then went through two rounds of interviews, first with a recruiter and then a final interview with the site manager.

They asked me to demonstrate my skills in accident reporting.
Phone and in person interviews Auth human resources. Drug screens and covid test required. Masks are required. Company uses direct deposit. The assignments feel more like temp work. When my last assignment ended I didn't get a response to repeated requests for more work in my area.
