Apply online, complete english test and competency testing in office. From there if you pass both a detailed interview or in some cases multiple interviews occur and you will be placed based on skills and available schedule. Good process overall weens out poor quality staff.
easy as long as you have a reliable car they ask if you have attention to detail skills they tell you about the pay raise tell you if your willining to do full time or part time which is being a flex officer hours may vary

It was great , learned about them vise versa and then spoke about availability . After that gave when a response should be expected . Took about a day to hear back got straight into the onboarding process and that went well for me
