After several phone discussions regarding salary requirements, I was brought in for a face to face. The interviews went well and They were very straightforward with the expectations.
Made a bait and switch offer. I get hat these things happen but usually not with recruitment.

Completed 2 phone screens and one in person with Recruiter, Regional HR Manager, and Talent Director. From there a decision was made. Took about two weeks total. Pretty fluid process.
