Started with a lightweight recruiter screen then a hiring manager interview. Then heard nothing for weeks only to get an automated rejection email. Common courtesy, once candidates have given multiple rounds of their time, should be to at least send a one sentence rejection from the recruiter. Seem to really want a very specific background for candidates.
