I had the opportunity to meet with employees from different departments with varying seniority. It gave great perspective into how the company is trying to evolve as a whole. Employees were either very appreciatively frank and realistic, or enthusiastic and hopeful. Good mix of people to want to work with. The interview seemed organic like a conversation.
