I was reached out to via a staffing agency who lied about this organization and the folks who work here... even though I was not interested in actually switching job false promises were made just for me to interview.
It is very clear that this company especially the leadership is incredibly unprofessional. I was quite scarred from my interview process and it took me a while to write this review. Despite me answering all the incredibly basic questions, the feedback given was "I talk too much". Please avoid if you can, unsure which clients are signing up for this company.

Fresh out of college and they asked about my previous internship experience and the highlight seemed to be that i was exposed to AutoCAD and expressed open communication. I accepted the offer and worked there for a few years.

They asked about my previous interning experience and what I learned from it.
There is one phone interview and one in-person interview. They asked you about your experiences and projects that you worked before. They asked if you are familiar with CAD tools such as Revit and AutoCAD.
