A phone call then technical interview. The recruiter and interviewer were friendly and made the process comfortable. The questions consisted of going through the resume, why GR, and a few keywords to remind them about you.
Copied Palantir process. Phone screen, OA, technical, behavioral/decomp, final HM. Only weird thing is they only give a week after you get offer details to sign, but you can decide when. Weird

Entretien
A recruiter initially reached out to me, and I met with the recruiter on the phone. Afterward, I was invited to a happy hour. I reached back out to the recruiter and was invited to a first round technical interview. After a couple of behaviorals, I solved the leetcode question (common graph quesiton) quickly along with the two follow-ups. Somehow, I still got rejected.
