I did a phone interview and was invited for a face to face afterwards. I had an interview and sat with an employee and spoke to a manager. They invited me for a final interview, The day before the interview I was called and told they cancelled my interview because " a lot of things were going on internally so they put the position on hold" and they would call me in a few days to possibly reschedule. They also claimed there was a move going on, but I soon found out this was all a lie and a cover up. I was called 3 days later and told someone stepped forward and was promoted internally.
