Applied through their website during which I took a 2 hour long reasoning + math + reading + personality test. 2 weeks later they got back to me with an hour long assessment on a horribly buggy platform. The assessment included a brief statistics/reasoning portion, a video response to interpersonal conflict, a poorly worded and inconsistent multiple choice section for java/oop concepts, and a final easy leetcode section with a bug ridden test runner. I'm fairly certain I was used to focus test the awful internal assessment software they use.

I applied for this position and was sent an email requesting an interview that had a link to schedule a time for said interview. I selected the day and time and when it came time for the interview - no one showed. The email they sent me had a number to call the interviewer and I called her. She didn't apologized for standing me up but she did tell me there were no positions available; yet she had emailed me about the position.
