Phone call interview. Mentioned every title on my resume and then said "can you tell me a little bit more about that" yes I can but you can see 4 bullet points listed below. I asked her about what glassdoor said about the 3 month probationary thing and it's true you don't get health insurance FOR THREE MONTHS. I asked her how new hires are able to combat this and she said they either are on their parents' insurance or their spouses. Unfortunately I am no longer on my parents' insurance and I am not married, and I conveyed that to her and she mentioned I should go on COBRA to which I don't qualify for. This company seems like a pyramid scheme and I cannot imagine they treat their employees well if they don't care about if they can cover their medical expenses while working here. Did not try to gauge at all how interested I was in the role, no two way street, and barely left time for any questions. I am so glad they turned me down, dodged a bullet.
