Entretien
I met them at a job fair at my college campus. After talking to a representative, I was given a time to interview the following day (reserved room on campus). Panel included two managers, with a new manager-converted engineer.
College interview, so they requested a transcript of my coursework. They had one copy of my resume, but I was able to give additional copies the day of, so each panel member could have a copy.
Only one interview, no phone screening. Offer was extended a few weeks later. I found myself asking more questions after the offer was extended, as it seemed to happen faster than I anticipated.
