J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez General Dynamics Mission Systems (Pittsburgh, PA) en août 2019
Entretien
It started with a phone interview with some normal background and job knowledge questions. It went well enough to plan an on-site interview with the team. When I arrived, apparently no one was aware that I was to be there that day. They shuffled me around various members of the team. They asked me some coding questions, but they were doing them from memory and clearly didn’t remember how to present them correctly. Then some system design and software development lifecycle questions. Someone did give me an overview of the project, which was pretty cool. I was never contacted again.

Later rounds are often panel-style with both an engineer and a hiring manager — typically one hour long, with about 45 minutes of them asking questions and 15 minutes for you to ask questions.
