Short 15 min interview; questions were more logistical questions than any background or experience questions. Then the next step asks you to complete a sample task which was a lesson plan in their format and curriculum concepts -- which took about 2.5 hours to complete! I heard back I didn't move on an hour after submitting -- did you even look at it?!? Too much work for little interaction.
