The process is very simple, especially if you already have a degree or relevant certifications. Genesis is always hurting for female trainers so that can help as well. As long as you are open to learning and are excited to work on a team, I feel like they hire most people.

Entretien
Very straight forward and not intimidating at all. They will interview you if they are hiring you. Big on education portion. No experience needed, and very personable managers. More of a sales job than actual training job.

Entretien
Very easy going interview process. Really a competence check. Don’t stress, they WANT you to succeed. High turnover but a great place to start a fitness career. Just a heads up there’s a good chance they will want you to put one of the trainers through a personalized training session.
