Two in person interviews. One with HR the second with two mangers that you would be working with and the HR director again. The first interview was pretty standard and mainly asked questions like what can you bring to this job, what do you know about us. Etc. The second was two interviews, the one with the managers was difficult because they were obviously not trained on how to interview people. They wanted detailed solutions to their issues with volunteer attendance. Then I had short meeting with the HR director and he asked about 5 questions to see if you really wanted to work with them.
