Step 1: Few interview questions over email 2: Interview with two senior members - both really lovely and felt relaxed. Questions mainly about my experience. 3: Task to present in interview. Task was to create a range for a influencer. This was quite an in depth task that took me around 5 full days to complete. This is where the process took a disappointing turn. I was emailed very late the night before the interview to cancel because they had decided to offer the position to someone else . This was disappointing as I had spent a lot of time working on this task. I understand that sometimes a hire needs to take place quickly but communication is key and I believe this was a reflection on the company and their respect for me and my time. I believe this was a blessing in disguise as I have never encountered this before and it shows a lack of organisation and integrity.

Applied on the website and was invited to an online interview. HR double booked so was only interviewed by one person. Was fairly relaxed process. A few days after I received an automated rejection email. And then received another one worded exactly the same a few weeks after that for a job I didn't apply for.. Quite odd.
