Simple questions about cooking and restaurant experience. Manager explained the hazards. Also, during the interview I was asked if I was comfortable working in the hot making reference to the 650 Celsius grill. The interviewer also asked me how did I like to work, fast, calmly or depends on the job duty situation. Very easy interview
