You come in and take apart a couple of phones. iPhone 4/4S. iPhone 5, maybe a 6 and a few basic Galaxy phones. If you know how to work on phones then you will not have a problem however in some came i see that they hire people without even letting then take the phone test. Kind of a job if you ask me. The company needs to make serious changes or their staff will continue to have issues with reworks and angry customers phone quote times are not met.
