The Genmab interview process was straightforward with consistent transparency of timelines and next steps. Post application, the interview followed the typical path of interviews including HR screen, hiring manager, and subsequent business interviews. I did complete these all virtually as I was hired during COVID and the organization provided consistent communication throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. Prior to my offer, I was asked to complete an online assessment. It was one of the best candidate experiences I have had to date.
