A big lie dont waste your time.This was a face to face interview the woman insisted that if you dont hear from us consider you failed. Not professional company dont believe the hype was the impression i was left with

Entretien
Started with a phone call with the internal recruiter. Then I was invited to have a face to face interview the next day. I was then successful with that interview and have been offered the next step to spend the day with an account executive. My experience with GennGlobal has been very positive and everything was clearly explained to me. Despite the negative reviews on here I didn't let those put me off the company. They clearly explained the role and how it works. They are very transparent and friendly. I am hoping to be offered a position there.

Entretien
First, a quick phone interview followed by face to face interview at Gennglobal's offices(Vauxhall). There is a personality test while waiting for your interview in a small office-room. There are two ladies responsible for the recruitment process. It's not an account manager position, it's just door to door sales. You'll have to walk all day trying to approach new clients in a specific territory. You are not gonna have scheduled appointments to approach new clients and as an ''account manager'' you will be responsible for renewing existing contracts. They have only one client( BT communications ). The working hours are 8am to 6pm. Waste of time if you are searching for account manager position.
