The interview process was not defined, even though they claimed it to be so. There were 3 rounds done remotely and then called for a final interview at Bangalore office scheduled at 3:00 PM, which was supposed to be a non-tech discussion. Turns out that they take 4-5 rounds of interviews with a person, who has just arrived from another city. They didnt have decency to even ask if I had lunch. So 8 technical interviews for what! WORST PART! they didn't even refund my tickets, my total expenses were around 10K. I had claimed 7K, as I didn't have receipts for some expenses. THEY DIDN'T re-imburse that as well. Expected lot better.

It was smooth and was very interesting. People were also quite knowledgeable and checked on all new technology and new stuff. They work on all new and latest technologies. They motivate employees.
