I was interviewed at kolkata, 1st they told to come in a room where an hr asks anything like what have you done the last year or college life , how did u come to know about this opening..Actually hr looks for a good communicator this is the 1st selection process if u r selected for 1st round they will tell abt salary expectations and night shift flexibility and if you are experienced they would tell u to sign in 1year bond ...then they will give some reading passages and some customer interaction to read and next round was telephone round it ..and then HR round....I dont know why they were looking for only b.com guys , its a voice process like, Pizza, Banks Atm etc.

just go through about ur location, social media , friendship, last movie u have seen, last place u travelled, demonetization, all those things are asked in telephone round ,,plz dont read anything else

They invited me to join a Virtual Drive, which was supposed to be for 1 hour but took 2 hours for me. They had 500- don't know how many candidates in line in the meeting.
Worst Part- They knew that I had 1 year experience but still made me wait for 2 hours sitting idle without any info and at last saying that experienced are not getting hired.
They already had my CV, if they don't want to hire an experienced candidate then why sending an interview link to just inform that experienced are not welcomed.
