Entretien
first they take Personal Interview. After that HR shortlists Some condidates according to The Opening Requirment. After that they take online Test which they take maths, resaoning , English tests. After passting that tolgate there is one more test " Voice and Accent " after completing that A voice accesure checks your communication skills. After all these in Final to get further for finail operation manager round . this is the most important round if he is ready to hair you and you can nagotiate as much as on your salary.

Overall good experience. Had 3 rounds of interview lined up with - Manager, Senior Manager and HR. The interview lasted for 15 - 20 mins max. The last round with HR was a bit tough.
