First round was conducted by HR then Senior Manager took an interview for half an hour and and the last round was for Director where he asked the questions based on skills, learning and my team handling skills based on scenario based question.

It was supposed to be 2 rounds of interview and only one round of interview is done and for the second round no body even came till now. On follow up also nobody responds. Its been one month and nothing happened even after they told me that I had cleared the first round.

Zoom interview after 2 weeks of application. Video call is required on my end but HR did not show his video. Feels rather strange and not transparent. Interview was hasty and can sense HR does not have soft skills and inexperienced. Was late and had to send an email before he joined the meeting. Quite unprofessional but this seems rather common with young recruiters nowadays.
