Started off with a third party recruiter reaching out to me and setting up a meeting with Genpact recruiter. A time was setup with Genpact 1st Round, the interviewer never showed up, highly unprofessional and arrogant behavior.
Upon discussion, a second round was setup with someone in India. Again a highly unprofessional interview that lasted 10 minutes because the guy had to go to another meeting. Could not ask the right insightful questions which demonstrated a severe lack of industry knowledge. Thats it, then I never heard from them, yes/no nothing. I followed up numerous times. Highly unprofessional, lack of knowledge and incompetent discussions. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking real growth opportunities. I can just imagine, how unstructured it may be from inside after initial conversations.

Nothing the interviewers did not have the depth of knowledge to ask any meaningful and insightful questions. Its a BPO at the end of the day.

Recruiter was very friendly and reached out in Linkedin. After that i had an interview with the SVP. One of the worst interview i had . Without introduction he started making comments on looks and the photo looks different. Very weird behavior . I would have not liked to work with some judgemental person. I went to the interview trying to learn more and he was reluctant to tell anything about the role. I myself don't want to work with people like this.
Several Rounds of Interviews balanced across various levels of people in the organization. Great way to get input from current employees on culture, ways of working and career opportunities. Recommend doing research on who you are talking with ahead of each session to get the most out of the calls/meetings.
