My interview was scheduled at the far end of the placement day at one of India's top B-schools. It appeared that the panel had already made their selections and asked irrelevant questions such as what I knew about a particular tourist destination in a foreign country. While I was waiting for the results of the round along with three others they just packed up, shook our hands, and left.

Three rounds of interviews. Case based, Technical and HR. Case based on supply chain and operations: Majorly focusing on real life scenario like demand forecasting. Then second round was majorly focused on the resume: Whatever you have done in past, in detail discussion on that. Third round is more like a normal discussion on cultural fit.
