I applied to Genpact in the campus placement season. They took a written test which was easy to crack. It was followed by a personal interview where a HR and VP of treasury took the interview. They asked more of behavioral questions.

Interview process is good, there will be 2 rounds for the experienced candidates. Technical and managerial round. Interview will be easy

They shortlisted for interviews, but later hr mailed that there are no vacancies. They wasted our time and efforts. We have even given OA, but it's completely waste of time

Basic SQL, OOPS, Python using numpy, Pandas, Machine Learning
Two levels, and then I had Three client round interviews. In the two rounds, they did a resume deep dive. The client focused on the job description and asked BA related functional questions.
