This role required one interview. There were two gentlemen that conducted it. They asked many questions, and then we did a role-playing scenario. The scenario consisted of a small startup client who wanted to sell more of his t-shirt designs using Shopify. I asked him questions about his current website and social media. From there I suggested setting up boosted social media posts. I told him I'd run the boosted posts for a period of time and then we would review the results together. I explained that we would evaluate how many people saw the posts, the number of followers gained, the number of website visits, the number of abandoned carts, and the number of purchased items. At the end of the interview, I asked these questions: 1. What does success look like in this role? 2. What are the metrics I'd be expected to meet? 3. What kind of job training does Genpact offer? 4. What is the biggest challenge encountered in this role? The beginning of the role-playing scenario was awkward, but if you push through it, you'll be fine. The gentlemen were impressed by my role-playing scenario and by the questions I asked at the end of the interview.

The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
