The first round of interview was scheduled online, and inside the invite it was mentioned for the interviewer to not ask about CTC and expectations. It didn't understand why what that.
Anyways interviewer "Rkshay Rawat" joined the call after 15 minutes, and shoot some tricky question from angular, js, rxjs and html css. When verifed all the questions were answered in detail and correctly from my side. At the end i felt that i will definitely pass this round.
You know what was the last question asked? What is your current and expected CTC. I told him.
Post that there is no feeback shared by them, upon two follow-ups they said "Not possitve" and when i asked for detailed feedback they didn't even replied.
So dear HR you job is not only to align interviews you also need to take of candidate's detailed review as it helps them to improve
