2 stages of interview. You can get called by a recruiter or referred by a staff. Series of interview conducted by senior staffts. Its a normal interview process. Most times you can be interviewed just once but if you are not refered then it will take up to 2 - 3 phases of interviews. its a wonderful experience and make sure you know your resume in and out.

There was not an interview process; assistantships are given based on scholastic merit and involvement in acceptance process. I received an assistantship beyond what was expected due to my involvement with staff during the student admittance process; I was friendly with staff and contacted professors to learn more about their involvement in specific topics of interest at the school.
