The process was very easy and friendly. They asked thoughtful questions about the subject matter, my availability, and working hours. We also discussed the types of tasks I’d be doing.

It was an individual interview. No group interview. There was a language proficiency test and written self introduction prior to getting an in-person interview. On-site teaching demonstration was also included. I was notified the result via email rather quickly, within a week after the interview.
