The interview is a group interview, mostly the questions are creative versions of the usual company interview. Friendly staff and volunteers. The background check process for international students is a bit long.

What's the role in the team you like to be in? What's your favorite animal?
You apply online and there is an application fee as well as a background check. If you’re accepted, you go to an orientation at the aquarium where you learn more about the process of volunteering and get your shirt, badge, etc.

Not really an interview process as it is a volunteer position. I applied online and I believe I had to pass a background check as well. The "interview" process was an orientation once you are accepted and meet their requirements. I did have to pay to submit an application, only downside really.

Entretien
It was a pretty chill group interview, asking mainly behavioral and common logistical questions. Some are creative questions that require your output and reasoning.
After that, it is logistical details and job resposibilities.
