The interview was too formal and they really have no life experience and very little open mindedness. Every thing that they asked was elementary and I do not understand how this can be a global company.

Interview seemed strange for a professional position. The HR/Other staff obviously did not read my resume before I entered. Interviewers were not very aware of history of business, and were more warning about not missing work and working strange hours than about the position iteself.
