I feel like stand in the cold room during the interview process. no eye contact all the time, they were not facing at me and were working on their own business ,such as typing the keyboard while asking question. It is not easy to clarify the questions, sometimes I have to request them repeat the question twice and confirm this is what they want to ask. The question are quite open and less relation to the job description. There was no agree or disagree with the answer from them, Finally it was my turn to ask a question and sort out that they don't have QA team , Dev will be responsible to develop the code and run testcase to verify. no code quality process such as Sonar. it is the worst experience I have ever done.
