It was unclear and a bit weird in terms of the order of things. I was asked to do a case study (a hefty one) BEFORE even meeting the manager. It's important for companies to understand that it's a date for both parties. I also need to see that it's a match for me. Therefore I gave the feedback that I'd like to meet the manager before spending x amount of hours with a case study.
