Had a call with recruiter, they ask a lot about how much you like AI and be willing to work with AI. They emphasise that there is no notion as Backend or Frontend engineer and even designers can be a coder using AI.

Overall nice people, unfortunately a very convoluted interview process. Although they couldn't find any flaws in the technical assignment and any skills required for the job itself, my seniority was downplayed due to my failure at recollecting textbook CS questions, which is a very disappointing approach at measuring how good of an engineer one is. Questions repeated across interviews and the preparation 'tips' for the cultural interviews had nothing to do with the actual questions asked, so that was a huge misdirection and lack of organization evident across the org. Questions were very open ended and generic, yet they required specific and in-depth examples to be satisfied with the answer. Ultimately, these factors gave a feeling of a lack of authenticity and the process didn't feel very organic overall - definitely needs refinement.
