The interview process goes from HR, hiring manager, take home technical assignment, team interview with assignment review, stakeholder interview and bar raiser interview. I was a user of getsafe but the unfortunately the interview process changed my opinion on the company I also cancelled my subscription. 1. I went through all the process including the final round and got a rejection email one week after(which is totally okay) the HR wrote a polite email and mentioned they would like to give feedbacks if I prefer to receive it, but no response at all after I confirmed that I am more than happy to have the feedback. 2. I felt like the some of the interviewers are not that professional. During the stakeholder interview, the interviewers didn’t not even have a proper self introduction and went directly to the question lists. 3. The technical case study is quite easy, not sure how would they make the evaluation among candidates. I received a email that they would like to proceed with mid level position rather than senior position due to the result of the technical case. My unbiased review is that the data team definitely is not mature enough to build a career there

HR - They just check in on your motivations and professional experience before asking your availability to meet the HM. HM - Deeper questions about experience and motivations for the job Take home assignment - Coding task on several applications to their business. After deciding not to proceed with me to the next stage, I have asked for more feedback on my case study after they said "I show no experience in subscription based businesses and that I had oversimplified my assumptions". I have not heard again from them.
