Interviewer unprepared, didn't have my resume, was an hour late and kept using buzzwords like: "concept, cradle to grave operation, chain-link fence scenario, doomsday weather forecast, etc" ridiculous. It was also very hot outside and interviewer excused himself, then returned with a soft drink but did not bring me one or ask me if I would like anything. Hospitality? I thought it was very strange and very rude.

Honestly, I stopped paying attention after 10 minutes or so. I abruptly ended interview by saying I had a doctor appointment and left.

Entretien
I began the interview process 4 weeks ago. Was told that they "loved" me each step only to get ghosted the final week. I attempted to email the director a couple of times. Then on the afternoon of June 2 (4 - 5 weeks after the process began), I was contacted that they went with someone else. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY IN CHICAGO! IT IS EXTREMELY TOXIC!
