Overall, the interview process was long and time invasive. I had a phone call with the Head of HR, a Zoom with two committee members, and then I was asked to do a project. When I turned the project in, they actually said when I had applied, they already had been interviewing someone else that was ahead of me in the process. I am unsure why they had me do that project if that was the case.
