The people I spoke to seemed really switched on and easy going. However I got the impression of a disjointed interview process lacking structure and internal communication. There were 3 times when I was told it's the last interview but then more kept being introduced. I went through all 5 interviews and then was told that I was incorrectly informed about the package on offer (after 5 interview and 8+ hours of my personal time invested!). The package suddenly became much lower which didn't meet my standards at all. The biggest dissapointment I had in my entire career and unprofessional to say the least. I have to add that I was dealing through a recruitment agent and with the company then directly. To be fair, I'll never know which party caused the confusion about the salary. But my voice and feedback deserves to be heard.
