Standard interviews with team members which I thought had gone well.
Unfortunately the recruiter would not provide any feedback for weeks and when prompted I just got an automated rejection email.
If you ask candidates to spend their time to go through several interviews you should at least provide some real feedback - very disappointing considering they label themselves as a transparent company looking after people.

Entretien
Precise. Never have I been through an interview process that was so smooth and the company communicated so clearly.
Four interviews, first with the recruiter, second with the department manager, third with the person I would be working with, and last with the department senior director. I was informed within a day (a couple of times only hours), of the next phase.
In each published job opening GitLab informs (in writing) the applicant of the interview process and they do not falter from the process.
GitLab is an amazing company to work for, I'm proud to say I work here! :)

Entretien
The interview process was composed of a take home test and several video calls with members of different teams within Gitlab. Overall, interviewing with Gitlab was a very pleasant experience. All interviewers were very friendly, ready to clarify all doubts I had and always available to keep me update with the status quo of the process.
