Interview process started off well initially with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager a week later. A Case Study was then assigned at night to be completed within two days or being sent, which about two hours was the recommended time to spend on it. Completed the Case Study within the allotted time frame, and then never heard a word back from the recruiter, even after I followed up on my Case Study about a week after. Checked the ModernLoop portal to see if there were any updates there, but to no avail. For as much transparency GitLab promotes, it was certainly disappointing and disheartening that they couldn't grant the courtesy of providing a reply, after spending my time on this process.
