I was invited for a first interview , after the interview I was invited for a writing text. The day that I was supposed to receive an e-mail with the indications to complete the writing text, I did not received anything. This was the first sign of unprofessional behavior. After this incident, they send me the 3 hours writing assessment. After sending the assignment, I never heard back from them. I can understand that I was not the right candidate for them, but the minimum is to send an e-mail. Ghosting is very unprofessional, given the time and effort one does to prepare for the interviews and writing assessments.
