Overall, my interview with Gladstone was very good. The person that I spoke to was able to help me and answered all of my questions that I had. Also, was able to get a sneak peek into their day to day operations. I walked away from their interview feeling good about myself.
30 min interviews with different lab members asked about experience and skills and to describe how my work fits with the lab. Asked lot of behavioral questions experience working in labs and with experimental scientist.

Many rounds of interviews, they wanted to check fit with the lab, there was a coding round and the process was lengthy. Information about the position was well put, but they did not mention the benefits and everything else upfront.
