First got a call from the company asking basic questions like like what do you know about us and why do you want to work for us. Second interview was a group interview that entailed styling in groups and presenting it to the store managers. Interview process was pretty easy

Entretien
You will visit the warehouse in botany and then interviewed with about 15 girls and one manager. There is no one-on-one so make sure to stand out and show your personality. I didn't know this so I wasnt trying too hard to impress the manager but I was still able to get the job. It started with one round of icebreakers, then you have to describe someone else after they introduce themselves in pairs and then a styling activity in pairs.

it was an open interview between specific time of 8 - 10 am at Spencer St Outlet.
Group interview so few various girls would come in.
Filled out a simple form about availbilities and details.
Interviews by an employee who worked at the outlet, it was very very casual.
