first round 3 back to back interviews with trader, hr, or risk manager. second round after 2 weeks, invited to on site final round which took 9 hours in one day. the interviewers are professional

First round behavioral test and submission of a 4 minute video presentation about motivations and ESG considerations for Glencore. Next round was an in person networking event where you had time to talk to other applicants and employees who would as you informal interview questions. 3rd round was an online interview with two people from their recruitment partner. Mine lasted just over an hour: mix of behavioral questions as well as understanding of oil industry + some mental math questions. 4th round was an assessment center at their offices: 3 trading simulations each an hour long followed by a negotiation exercise in teams. Final round was 8 interviews each a half hour long at their offices with heads of divisions.
