1-hour online interview. The process was smooth, and the interview was split between technical and behavioural. They would ask about commercial awareness and commodities, as well as your knowledge about the firm & their products.
Outsourced first interview followed by assessment day and final interviews at Glencore Hq. Similar questions asked at all three stages, few brain teasers here and there. Assessment center includes trading simulation and negotiation exercise.
