2 rounds - first round with the ops person, then a visit to their office for a chat with the founder. Their office at the beginning was in a protected black and white housing as a growing team. Everyone seemed nice and welcoming

Interview with HR is more about getting to know yourself better. User interviews are more about discussing technicalities and compatibility with company and team culture

The hiring process is super quick. You will be interviewed by the HR first and then continue to the user. I was interviewed by two leads and they were very nice during the session.
