Friendly HR and was quick to follow up on the resume that they shortlisted. There are total of 2 rounds of interview. 1st round was online with the hiring manager and the hiring manager was very open and straightforward with the expectations and challenges to be faced to manage expectations.
2nd interview was with the country managing director and the hiring manager. They gave a case study for you to propose and this was quite a stressful interview that lasted about 2 hrs. The case study is not to showcase how you think or what is your thought process but rather they wanted an actual proposal that can be used or further developed. Althought it's marketing but more towards a partnership role and it seems like they expect a one-man show for the marketing department. Lots of pressuring questions and digging.
Apparently a lot of interviewees misunderstood the concept of one of the core service which maybe the team can reconsider what is the kind of messaging put across on the website that majority of the interviewees got it wrong.
It was a good experience if you want to know where else you can improve for your interview skills but I think the culture might be very steep and not as friendly as you think
