It all started with a phone interview with the HR person in the California office. Then I had a face-to-face interview with my potential boss and co-worker. There was a third interview (face-to-face) with the two upline managers. Then a phone interview with the HR person in our local office since they had been unable to join either of the face-to-face interviews.
